Free Shipping

We offer 100% Free Shipping (inside India) for all our products.

For shipping outside India, please e-mail sales@karkhanawala.in for international shipping charges.

GST will be extra for each product and will be calculated on checkout.

Delivery Lead Time

For metros, please allow 3-5 days for delivery after shipping.

For non-metros serviceable by couriers, please allow 7-10 days for delivery after shipping.

For remote destinations we ship through Indian Government Speed post, please allow 2 weeks for delivery after shipping.

Top Priority Processing

You can opt for our Top Priority processing for a Speedy Delivery.

Top Priority processing will cost u Rs.100/- extra per product.

We can ship in 2 working days time in this case.

Please note clearly again in this case – Our commitment is only for the shipping part. We cannot guarantee anything on the delivery part, as it solely depends on the external logistics partner.

COD – Cash on Delivery

We do not offer COD – Cash on Delivery.

We used to offer COD earlier, but 40% of packages used to return back.

All our products are custom made and hence a COD return is a huge loss for us.

A custom product returned back is a dead product and cannot be sold to anyone else.

When we offered COD we had to calculate the loss on COD and apply the same to all customers.

This way, our t-shirt prices were were very high.

By not offering COD, we are able to offer an aggressive price to our genuine customers and keep them happy.

Moreover, by not offering COD – We sleep at peace!
