Return & Refund Policy

We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 48 hours after delivery.

Return requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Valid Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Size issue

• Product received damaged

No other reasons will be considered for return or refund.

Damaged Product Policy

If the product is received in a damaged condition, the customer must provide a clear unboxing video.

The video must be recorded from start to finish, without any cuts, showing the package opening clearly.

No unboxing video = No return or refund for damaged product claims.

Product Verification

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected by us.

Return or refund will be approved only if the product is found to be genuine and unused.

If the product is found to be worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or tampered with, the return/refund request will be rejected.

Refund Method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed directly to the customer’s bank account.

Customers must provide correct bank details to avoid delays.

Important Notes

Products must be returned in original condition, with tags intact and original packaging.

Final decision regarding return and refund approval rests with us after inspection.

Refunds will be processed only after successful verification of the returned product.
